Visual Artists:
Looking for a gallery or restaurant to showcase your work?
Arrangements can be made with the individual downtown galleries or restaurants to show your work! Please see the Galleries & Art Page to see a full listing of galleries that you could schedule time to meet with. Please note that it is suggested you visit a First Friday first to see what location would work best for your art, and also, it is best to set up an appointment with the gallery or restaurant to discuss your work on a date that is not a First Friday.
Looking for an outside temporary artist booth to showcase your work?
First Friday Temporary Artist application and return to Marci via fax, email, snail mail, carrier pigeon or via prince charming driving a horse drawn carriage.

Musicians:
Looking to play in downtown Canton or at a First Friday Event?
Most of the restaurants, bars, and businesses who have musicians perform in downtown AND at First Friday events are hired through that establishment on their own accord. IT IS ALWAYS BEST TO TAKE YOUR INFORMATION DIRECTLY to the downtown businesses. We do however encourage you to submit your information to us as as well as we do often get requests for our humble yet awesome recommendations.
First Friday does occasionally hire a few musicians some months to provide live music outdoors and in some inside spaces. If you would like to be added to our database and submit to be considered to perform at a First Friday,
please contact marci@artsinstark.com
Please be prepared to share a demo of your music or a link to current samples of your performances.
Non-Profits and other Organizations
Looking for an outside temporary booth to showcase your non profit organization? A limited number of spaces are available for non-profit and local community organizations to set up for First Friday from May to October. If you are interested in applying for one of these spaces please download and apply by using our non profit application for First Friday.
